During the company's event at Serena Hotel, financial services firm Old Mutual Kenya unveiled social issues champion and queen of comedy Anne Kansiime as the brand ambassador for a nationwide campaign, aimed at educating the masses on the significance of taking up insurance and financial planning.
The new campaign, dubbed Questions campaign, is setto get Kenyans from different facets of life to open up on inquiries regarding insurance and stir conversations on financial planning; and projects to increase insurance penetration, through a creative approach.
At the colorful ceremony complete with an authentic piece by spoken work artist Dann Mwangi aka Number 8, Kansiime cracked the crowd and brought a creative touch to conversations around insurance and financial planning.
Other brand drivers engaged by the firm include celebrated media personalities Larry Madowo and TerryAnne Chebet who will target the upper market public while local actors Jacquey Nyaminde popularly known as Wilbroda and Francis Njenga aka Mogaka use the platform to target Kenyans in the lower brackets.
Former actor of Tahidi High Dennis Mugo also known as OJ, will drive the campaign to the youth and relate the message of securing one’s future to young minds in the country.
