Last week, a KK security senior officer diesappeared with over Sh. 25 million. However, the security officer was later nabbed with only Sh. 24 million after spending with prostitutes.
Meanwhile in Nairobi, a 20 year-old house help has been sentenced to four years in Langata prison for stealing Sh2.9 million from her employer’s bedroom in Kahawa west.
Hellen Nkatha was convicted by Makadara chief magistrate Heston Nyaga who said that the prosecution proved without reasonable doubt that the suspect stole the money four months ago.
The prosecution proved that Nkatha stole the money by virtue of her employment to the complainant identified as Kamau Ng’ang’a.
Nkatha was sentenced alongside her sister Rosaline Gikunda that on the exact same day they jointly conspired to stealing the money from Kamau.
